"Even if the hotel is not the Ritz with all bells and whistles, it is highly recommended to keep it clean. The carpet is smelly, needs serious cleanup. Vacuuming should be done thoroughly, sheets should be replaced by newer ones. Everything looks and feels old. "I definitely appreciate the affordable cost. However, there needs to be some serious renovations and upgrades to rooms and service. I had to stay for a week and there is no house keeping at all. You have to exchange what you have for fresh towels and linen at the front desk. It says breakfast is included which was the main reason I selected this hotel, so my son could eat before school.! They only have a grab and go and that was very disappointing and inconvenient for us.!"

"The property was located on a lake with a walking path all around the lake. The pool area had a large beautiful pavilion with outdoor kitchen. The staff was friendly. The suite overlooking the lake was perfect for us."

"Stop!! Choose another hotel! Upon arrival, the pillows are dirty and the sheets are dirty. Hair all on the shower walls and they didn't bring fresh towels and washcloths after housekeeping. Just choose somewhere else!"

"Once you arrive the front area has a very welcome site. What did not like was the room ceiling has sheetrock starting to peel away. The room was clean enjoyed the seating area. The shower area did not have conditioner in the bottle."
