Hotel is well designed and maintained, with helpful staff providing great information. "No freezer .Not friendly for insulin storage. It is normal that in China hotels do not provide service of storage of ice packs for medical use, but it is not normal for Sheraton. The last day we left , Staff activated one key for three times and we lost time on it and we nearly missed the train."
