"Dirty room, blanket stains, and the additional door locks were broken. It was very late when we checked in so I wasn’t making my kid walk back to find new room. I just moved furniture in front of door to feel safe. And we didn’t use the blanket. I let front desk know at checkout and they apologized but didn’t offer any partial refund.
No amenities at all. In lobby they have juice machine and things to serve cereal but it’s all stacked up and pushed to side of a hall like they never use. No...

"Elevator was not working. ADA should have a field day with this one. Took a cold shower due to no hot water. Front desk staff were not able to get a first floor room for my disabled girlfriend. They should have offered discounts but we were not. I will not be returning. Also the GM of the area has sarcastic signs hung up around the hotel "
