This beautifully appointed cabin in gated community of Bison Ridge is located on quiet Cul-de-sac. This inviting three bedroom, two bathroom cabin is a perfect choice for families with children. Fenced, nearly half of an acre lot with two swings, extended porch with fire pit is a perfect playground for a weekend retreat or a week long vacation in cool pines. Gas fireplace will provide ambience and flat screen TV with DVD, CD, Dish Network satellite TV with built in Surround sound will provide great entertainment. High speed Wi-Fi internet is included for your convenience. Cabin is located walking distance from hiking trails and 2 miles from Fool Hollows Lake State Park with boating, kayaking an fishing. Split floor plan provides privacy and master bedroom has futon with extra sleeping space. Kitchen has... everything (blender, bread maker, food processor, toaster, waffle a collection of 36 kitchen knifes).

This is not your typical rental cabin but home we share with you. Come and enjoy.

Needs a good deep cleansing . I felt like i was an unexpected visitor. House had way too many things of owner out. Couldn't put my things away because cupboards were filled with owner's things. A pool was listed on website but only pool we could find was several miles away. I have never stayed at a vacation rental that didn't have a sheet or book of instructions about how to work things ie TV TRASH LOCAL RESTAURANTS CHURCHES. Would have been very helpful. Probably won't stay there again.

The kitchen is extremely well-stocked! The only thing we will need to bring next time is corn on the cob holders. Everything else was there! Everything worked like it should. It was attractive and clean.

Staying in the mountains

Lovely location. Too much stuff in the cupboards. We are not coffee drinkers and were staying a month. Had to clear out upper cupboards to put our food.Bed in 2nd bedroom very lumpy and not comfortable. Granddaughters enjoyed the bunk beds.Lighting in living room is not light enough to read by. Fortunately we took our lamp which allowed us to read in the afternoon and evening.

Summer check

We plan to rent the property for the month of July so went to check it out. A problem with the kitchen but Peter assured us it would be taken care of. He suggested fun things to do with our granddaughters in July. They are coming from FL and excited to visit the mountains with us.Overall, we all are looking forward to our summer stay!

Getting out of the heat

Just about everything was great; however, we could not get connected to the Wi-fi. Also, could not find a book telling us the procedures for the checking out procedure ( what to do with the sheets, laundry, etc.) A minor inconvenience was the toilet in the MB lacked enough pressure that we nearly clogged it several times under a normal usage. These are the reasons we did not give a perfect 5 score. However, we would definitely recommend your property, and be happy to return.

Great location, BIG BACKYARD perfect for the pups to run and play. House was so beautiful really felt comfortable and relaxed thank you for sharing your home with us. Will be booking this location again.

Family birthday weekend

Booked this house to escape the Phoenix heat. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs and the large deck for relaxing. Just be prepared to bring your own shampoo and body wash as the bathrooms were missing these items.

Family Friendly

This was great for our kids and us. Nice common room to hang out, kid friendly toys, games and books. Kitchen had what we needed to cook. Very nice neighborhood to walk in and close to a trailhead for some good hiking.
