"Good location for UVA graduation. However, the king size studio room was unusually small. To our surprise and dismay, when we opened the sofa bed, one couldn’t get from bedroom to the bathroom room anymore - you had to step over the corner of the sofa bed which inevitably woke up our son sleeping there. "Great location to get to Boar’s Sports complex, beautiful area and nice staff"

"AC was left off, so the room was sweltering hot, and the blinds were left open, which didn't help. There were also several stink bugs in the room. The staff were rude and said we needed a credit card when I've never had an issue giving a debit card for any temporary charges. Someone was also whistling in the hallway knocking on doors for no reason. Do not recommend will never stay here again."

"This wasn't my first stay and will not be my last. I love this quaint, clean and friendly hotel. The staff is friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and every need is met. The decor is adorable, the thoughtful little items in the rooms are greatly appreciated. The beds, pillows and linens are exceptional. Plus, having a cool little food truck on the premises is a great idea. Also, the location is wonderful for exploring Charlottesville."

"The bar is superb, and staffed by an exceptionally attentive staff. The level of hospitality offered here is truly exceptional. The hotel is built around a central atrium. It is quite calm and soothing to spend any amount of time in there. Throw in glass elevators that overlook the atrium, and a number of rooms with an interior view, and you've got an extraordinary experience waiting for you. "
