"地點絕佳，非常近港口，不論用餐、購物、遊玩、租車、潛水也十分方便。 雖然第一天入住遇上市區停電整修，加上晚上冷氣又出問題，但工作人員十分幫忙。 特別是前台兩位員工十分優秀，在琉球遇上風浪，東琉線緊急取消下午航班，前台工作人員幫忙處理緊急情況。幫我們把機車交還，而且安排車輛送我們到碼頭。她們真心及熱誠的服務，讓我們充分感受到台灣人好客的精神。"

"一人旅で一泊だけの利用でしたが、とても快適に過ごせました。部屋はもちろん、ホテル全体がとても綺麗で心地よかったです。 残念ながら大雨の日だったのでホテル周辺しか歩けませんでしたが、駅までは徒歩５分以内の距離、周辺にはスーパー、コンビニ、食事する場所もあり便利です。 朝食も美味しく、バイキングにマンゴーがあるのは初めての経験で大満足です。 今回は利用できませんでしたが、屋上プールも素敵でした。また必ず泊まりに行きます。"
