" The unit and location are stunning! we loved the view and the floor to celling windows. We had everything we needed for a great stay. visually the surrounding property is not at is best as it’s under construction which was loud when we were in the parking lot but not an issue in unit or on balcony. It was quite a hike from the city on a beautiful but windy road."

"Amazing hosts! The apartment was clean, modern, and nicely outfitted with the necessities. Rebecca spoiled us with a lovely tray of treats which was greatly appreciated! They go above and beyond providing the sauna, getting it all ready, which was a special treat. Highly recommend staying here!!"

"Although you will have to go downstairs to the suite, once inside the unit is clean and modern. Very comfortable Queen bed, Modern lighting, Large refrigerator, induction cook top. Good shower pressure. A quiet neighborhood but I would imagine if there was an event at the Stadium next door it could get loud. But I don't know how late events go....so that is only a surmising. All in...I would book again. "

"Overall we were extremely happy with this property. The host quickly replied to any questions or concerns we had. Overall was very comfortable despite no AC during a heat wave- windows open in the evening quickly cooled everything down. Having the ability to wash clothing was a definite plus with a family. Honestly can’t say enough good things- the ultimate being the proximity to so many things (only 10 minutes to the Coburg Peninsula) and access to a beautiful lake! Will absolutely stay again!...

"We really enjoyed our time at Farm Stay. We were not around much, really only to sleep and have breakfast since we were touring the Sooke area and trying to fit everything we wanted to see into our 2 nights. However, the accommodation was excellent! Nothing to complain about and Derek has thought of all the little things that make it that much better. Ie: USB plugs bedside, coffee, condiments and chocolates available, nice bed linens and towels, lovely dishware etc. The location is very...

"The property itself is beautiful and the view is stunning! Great location too - close to shopping, restaurants, attractions. The property included basics but kitchenware was limited so cooking meals was a bit challenging. Also received checkin/checkout details later than expected. But no issues in the end. "

"Our stay was perfect for our family with 3 kids (12-16) in tow! The view morning to night and everything we needed just a short drive to Victoria, beaches, potholes, wildplay etc was amazing! Instructions for check-in and extra information left at the house for our stay made our stay very simple. Can't see the house from the road but that's perfect, we had privacy and felt very safe during our time! There were items there for the younger kids but I would just make sure to watch they don't wander...
