"清潔で掃除が行き届いている。細やかな心配りで、リピーターが多いのが納得です。朝食が種類量ともに多くて、とても美味しい。旅館なので部屋が広く、家族やグループ旅行で行っても充分な広さです。山の水を引いているので、お茶や、お水が美味しい。また機会があれば是非利用したい 旅館です。"

"Wonderful stay. Lovely kaiseki dinner. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The hot spings were clean and very relaxing after a long day walking and driving. Oh and the view from the room in the morning across the valley was stunning"

"我が家で過ごしているように快適に過ごせました。 調味料やアメニティまで全て揃っていて、申し分なかったです。 ただ、家の前の駐車スペースが狭く（軽自動車1台しか停めることが出来ない）、また前の道路も車1台分しか通れる幅しかないのでそこが不便でした。（別の駐車スペースに移動することになりました） あと、部屋の中の暖炉周りだけが汚かった。 そこは掃除が不十分だと思います。 それと洗濯バサミも置いて欲しい。ズボンなどをハンガーで干す時に留めるためにあると便利だと思います。 部屋全体的にはとても綺麗でした。 ありがとうございました。"
