Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel
My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.

The house is nicely decorated, spacious, and the host was pleasant to deal with. We stayed in early February and enjoyed the aesthetic of the space.However, we ran into a few seasonal challenges.
