"Nice place to stay"

"Pool was GREAT. Truly. Big poop. Big space. Kids loved it. Room was solid. Breakfast was ok. Initial staff that checked us in was great, the other staff essentially treated us like we were an inconvenience. And when we were just loading up the cart / leaving the room, the phone rang at 11:02 (I know this was the exact time because I checked my watch) with the old man up front barking at us "uh, you know checkout was 11?!" WILL NOT COME BACK. "

"Let me begin by saying that the staff was excellent and very helpful when my phone fell out of my bag in the shuttle. You must call the hotel to get the shuttle and I was uneasy when it was not labeled, just a plain minivan. However the place is clean but poorly maintained. The breakfast was as expected and plenty of choices."

"My room was left open by Staff two nights in a row when I returned from work. The door to my would not close properly despite telling Staff. I removed all my property from the room to curtail theft. Just basic security was very questionable. "

"We travelled with our dog. 1st room, TV did not work. 2nd room smelled like old stale smoke. Very intense. I went to the front desk to make sure, that we wouldn't be charged for smoking. There was a policy clearly posted about a smoke free hotel."

"We wouldn’t even take a shower there due to how nasty the bathroom tub was. Which for me was hard for a Two night stay. We checked the beds as we always do and no bugs was there or no bed bug spots or no roaches came which was a plus but they need to use bleach or something to get those bathrooms cleaned better. Staff was really nice, restaurant next door is a hard no but it was the only thing around. Hotel just needs to be updated and deeply cleaned "

"Everything was 5 stars, staff, beds, cleanliness, 24 hour Folger select coffee in lobby. Easy to sign into streaming apps and automatically logs out at checkout . Price at $100 very reasonable. The only thing to remember is that there is no type of Keurig coffee maker in room. I guess that’s the Spark of Hilton, in and out fast. So docked half star for that, as had to leave the room and couldn’t use our coffee that we brought. There is a fridge and microwave though, so a solid 4.5 stars. "

"The hotel is dirty. They do service every 3 days. The floor was so filthy. I just felt really uncomfortable and was ready to go. And for the price…they are soooo wrong"

"Was a very clean room. Tons of pillows on the bed in which I loved. Somehow got a top floor room with a great view of the river. "

"Shuttle could have been better to Vibrane Arena but they made up for it. Very clean and nice area."
