🚶🚴 The property is in a residential neighborhood. Walking or biking is suitable for short distances within the immediate community, but most commercial areas and points of interest in Sherman require driving.



Other Things to Note:

▶ During the summer, the house will be set to 74°F. To keep the house cool, and avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving windows and doors open may result in the guest being responsible for covering the full amount of any related bill received.



▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶The number of guests at the property must match the reservation. To add guests, please notify us in advance so we can update your booking. Unregistered guests are subject to a $25 per guest, per night charge, and unapproved parties may result in cancellation without refund.



▶ We are happy to accommodate house trained, well-behaved small to medium size pets (12 to 50 pounds, 15 to 22 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay only if noted at booking. If not, we will request the fee manually. Pets outside the range listed above or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
