Other Things to Note:

Privacy: The Farmhouse is the lower-level suite of a two-unit property. Your space is entirely separate with its own private entrance. The upstairs neighbor is friendly and respectful — you'll enjoy complete privacy in your unit.



Driveway: The driveway is shared with the upstairs unit. A portion of the driveway is gravel and may become soft during wet or winter conditions. Please plan accordingly if you're arriving during the colder months.



Surroundings: An RV park is located behind the property. Improvements to the surrounding area are ongoing, and a privacy fence is planned. We appreciate your understanding.



Cleanliness: The Farmhouse is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized between every guest stay.



Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. Network details are included in your check-in instructions.
