"Before we arrived we were asked if it was possible that we could arrive a bit later at 5pm since they were struggling to get back on time to hand us the keys since they live next door, we agreed since you dont want to upset owners that live next door.
When they arrived they were very chatty about another business they own and how busy they were.
Good things about the property were the bathroom with a huge bath and separate shower and the comfy bed mattress. The kitchen has a lot utensils and...

"We only stayed one night the downstairs was awful. Smelly settee old kettle and toaster, dirty mat by door. Cooker hob had cracks in every corner. The upstairs, bedroom was fine and bathroom, the outside needed a lot of updating. What a waste of money, we booked through Sykes cottages they obviously do not have regular checks on property at least they certainly did not with this one !!!"

"Had a lovely stay here & would definitely stay again as felt very much a home away from home.
As soon as you walk in you can see that the photos really didn't do the place justice, we were very impressed.
We felt very relaxed there & it had everything we needed including a travel cot & high chair.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"
