"PROS: The room was great with a rooftop pool. Old world charm prevails even in the more modern aesthetic suites. The service was highlighted by Ms. Donna at the front who is great at her job, asking the right questions to direct various service inquiries and laughing with me at my attempt to have cou cou delivered to the resort. "Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!"

"Friendly staff, complimentary rum punch on entry, and a spacious room with a comfy bed and a balcony? I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I was there on a one-night business trip, and would definitely stay again. The hotel’s also just a 5min walk to shopping centers, pharmacy and restaurants which was super convenient. "

"The Sea Breeze team were amazing, they went over and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The room was spacious and cleaned well however we found the floor to be sticky at times. We were a family of 4. I took my mum my 22 month old daughter and brother with me. The only downside to the hotel"
