We were exhausted and our children beyond past bedtime. "The bad experience began when we pulled in and I tought the place was abandoned. The exterior looked sad and worn down. We wen to the office at 5:30 pm and no one was there, apparently check in between 3:30 and 5 if you'd like to actually talk to someone. We did receive an email explaining the check in procedure but as we were traveling in the State Park were there is little to no service we did not receive anything until we drove away from the motel and into the town where we finally got...

"Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. "They didnt had hot water for the showers, it was warm, but never got hot. They dont do room service, only if you stay more that 4 nights. I stayed 3 nights, so requested to have a room service after the 2nd night, they said just to come to the front desk that morning and request it.
