"All good … from pick up at the airport to checkout. Only suggestion … room needed a nice, comfortable reading chair. The one in our room … not so much. "

"The hotel was very nice. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Very clean. Room was very nice and quiet. The fireplace was great. My only gripe would be no fan in the bathroom and the sliding door doesn't shut tight when closed. "

"Absolutely awesome place! Retro style rooms, perfect location for walking to restaurants. Staff was great. Didnt expect a hot breakfast during the weekdays but they rolled out a full spread! I don't know if ill ever be back to Eugene, but if I do come back this is where ill be staying! "

"If you are looking for a great basic ‘place to lay your head’ motel, the Downtown Inn fits the bill. Large, clean, quiet room. Great, friendly service from the office. "

"Loved the location, the hotel, the people who worked there, the valet is wonderful and the restaurant was delicious. Great bar. The pool and workout area was really nice too!!!"

"This is a great property and location. Near a park if you have time for that and within half mile of lots of dining and shopping options. Very quiet surroundings. "

"It is located in downtown and close to the university of Oregon. The staff is very very nice, initially he gave us a room facing the parking lot. I told him that I hope to get a room on the opposite (as I can not sleep well with the noise on the road, he changed the room for me. It is very quiet to stay in the hotel. The room is big, the shower and hot water are very good."
