Enjoy a peaceful retreat to the Olympic Peninsula in this fully-renovated home! Boasting water frontage with tidal rights on Hammersley Inlet, this home comes fully suited with amenities and accommodations for complete family comfort. Enjoy sweeping, water views from the expansive, attached deck, or head straight down to the waterfront deck and enjoy the shoreline. Orcas and harbor seals can be seen making their way up the inlet.

The home's well-appointed interior features updated fixtures and amenities, including beautiful wood flooring and new furniture. The sprawling, main floor offers strong natural lighting and views of the inlet with an open-concept living and dining area. A fireplace provides added warmth and ambiance through Winter weather. The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for home cooking with a flattop range and full-size, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

One bedroom can be found on the main floor, while the remaining three bedrooms and both bathrooms can be found upstairs. The upstairs primary bedroom features an en suite bathroom. The second, full bathroom is shared between the other three guest rooms. A sunny office upstairs features views of the inlet and an electric, adjustable-height desk - the perfect place to catch up on work or school.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location and place was wonderful for a few beach days! We enjoyed the hot tub at night and kitchen was well stocked. Great selection of games and puzzles as well. A grill would be a nice addition! We’ll definitely be back!

House is very dirty

We contacted customer care a few hours after we arrived as it appeared as though the house had not actually been cleaned. We sent photos of the filthy floor, filthy oven, filthy drawers, filthy shower curtain, filthy dishes, and asked about why there was a single mixing/serving bowl, and we let them know about the overall poor condition of the kitchen appliances and cleanliness of the home. They said they would contact the local Vacasa team to get a resolution. We did not hear back from anyone or get any resolution. We even asked for some help/directions on how to operate the electric fireplace the next day because it barely lights up, and it does not produce any heat, but we never heard back from anyone.The fake wood floors were slippery with dirt and the area rugs were coated in hair. In order to make the house more livable while we waited for a call back or resolution, we ended up sweeping the floors and area rugs and re-aligning them with their rubber pads. The vacuum that is provided is absolutely filthy and spews more dirt and odor than it picks up. We put away the random toys stuck under the furniture and in the moldy sliding door track. Most of the cookware is nonstick type with the coatings either burnt or extensively scratched up. The dishes were coated in some kind of grit and the silverware drawer organizers were full of crumbs, hair, and dirt, so we decided to re-run them through the dishwasher that barely works.

Waterfront stay in shelton

It was awesome being able to spend time with the family and finding an affordable place that will fit all of us. It was awesome besides the rain, but that didn’t matter. The view was beautiful. Everything was great. Could use a barbecue and a fire pit most definitely would’ve topped it off But other than that it was fantastic.

Thanksgiving stay with family

Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday with my wife and son. This house was perfect great view and well appointed kitchen allowing us to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. Evenings were spent relaxing in the hot tub over looking the inlet waters and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere!

Relaxing family trip

Beautiful location and nice house. The hot tub was great and it was lovely to soak and watch the sunset. The beach is covered in oysters and clams and we watched a seal play in the water none of it really affected there again!

Great experience

House was well equipped and accommodated our group perfectly. The location is breathtaking. We noticed a couple minor issues, stairs were not swept, algae was growing in the water container in the coffee pot, otherwise everything was awesome. I would stay again.

Wonderful sunset views from the deck❤️

Sweet little house and a smooth process of renting. Great automated communication through Vacasa. House has a happy atmosphere & is well maintained inside and out. Not a ton of cooking supplies so be sure to bring your own if you are making big meals at the house. We were so thankful to have a beautiful and relaxing vacation on the water. Thanks so much for the great visit!

Great for weekend getaway

Stayed here for a long weekend of cooking and hiking with friends, partners, and dogs. Property was well-appointed and had a lovely view. We easily cooked two big dinners together and had everything we needed. Would love to return in warmer months to enjoy the water access!

Amazing with a beautiful view

The property was beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely book this home again! We had no problems with parking or finding anything to help with cooking. They had everything needed for cooking as well as with extra towels for us when we got out the jacuzzi.

Beautiful Location & Stay

We had a lovely time at this home. It had everything we needed for our stay with four teens and three adults. There was an issue with yellow jackets living under the stone stairs on the way to the water (two in our party got stung), but we went down the driveway to avoid them as best we could. We have definitely recommended the location to friends and family and will probably be back again.
