Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. "Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable. There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved."

"Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...

"We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...
