"What an amazing find! This is a hotel that obviously had a grand past, though it seems not many know about it now. The rooms are spacious, with a separate wet bar, table and chairs, sofa, comfortable bed, plenty of space for luggage, and on the riverside a balcony with beautiful views, and a large lawn along the canal, with direct access to the Idaho Falls River Walk. A nice touch is that the rooms have real glassware and coffee mugs. There is a restaurant and bar as well. Free sit down...

"It was a spacious, clean room. However, I intentionally did not want a handicapped access room & got one. When I asked the clerk to change my room she said they didn’t have any available. I’m wondering if that’s because I used Expedia instead of calling them direct? Nothing against the handicapped, but I’ve stayed here many times and prefer the standard bathroom layout. Much more counter space."
