"GREAT STAY. Dan and Lisa thought of everything. Stayed for a week during a heat wave at end of June. Cottage stayed nice and cool, river was very refreshing. Family room and bedroom downstairs perfect for teens to have their own space. Highly recommended."

"We had a great time and found the cottage well equipped and property well maintained. Lots of toys for adults on the river: paddle boards, kayaks, canoe and peddle boats! AC in the cottage was a welcome relief during the heatwave and the beds were very comfortable!"

"Wonderful location! The cottage was quite spacious. The photos don't really do it justice. It had cooled down quite a bit the week we were there - so limited time spent in the water. (But the kayaks/canoe were great fun when we did take them out.) We were a little disappointed we could not use the wood stove inside (due to the fire ban outdoors). "This was our third visit to Ryan’s cottage. We love this little cottage for our family get-togethers. It is small and simple, which we don’t mind because we spend most of our time outside. It is on a quiet part of the Ottawa River, but very close to amenities in Pembroke."
