"This hotel is in a great central location. Despite construction happening on the street, we found our room to be very quiet. The staff were polite and accommodated a couple of requests. The room was clean and comfortable. Lots of drawer space to unpack into and space to store our luggage. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the gym and other amenities offered. We would happily stay here again if we make it back to Calgary."

"Front desk staff was helpful and efficient. The hotel was very busy, yet the valet was efficient and polite. Gold floor lounge was well appointed and the staff remembered us. We also were able to make use of the complementary bicycles which were great."

"We checked in late in the evening and the man at front desk was very nice,friendly and polite. The entire hotel was very clean, our room was really nice. Breakfast was great ! The only issue was parking, they don’t have any free parking and limited valet parking."

"I did not like the fact the Property cleanliness but more importantly it was 32° outside. Temperature went turned on the AC unit and it was so loud could not sleep went to front desk asked for a solution. They said that’s too bad horrific customer service. No stars"

"The attached restaurant Moxies was dreadful. It had a very unpleasant smell of gas so I chose to eat outside. I was told the carpark vents to the foyer/restaurant. Food was very ordinary."
