"スタッフの方々は皆優しく、フレンドリー且つ丁寧な対応でした。早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインしてくれたし、午後4時くらい発の飛行機だったため、ホテルの方がレイトチェックアウトにしてもいいと言ってくださいました。部屋は綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。唯一の難点は、コンセントの差し込みがうまく行かず、解決するのに時 間がかかりました。"

"Everything was absolutely great. We came from Turkey as a group of three friends and were very satisfied with our stay. The manager was very attentive and helpful. Our room was much bigger than we expected, very spacious and comfortable. The view and the location of the hotel were also excellent. Thank you for everything!"

"My first visit to Kuwait and I was lucky to stay with the best hotels in town. Professional and friendly staff. Specious nice room, I received a complementary room upgrade. My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you. "

"Disappointed, 2 years ago I stayed in the same property, rooms has been deteriorated considerably and without amenities at all. Very old and un confortable matres. Also it was indicated that parking free of charge but there is no parking in the hotel, parking very difficult in the street."

Only downside is the housekeeping. They won't make your up until you make a request. That didn't work great for me.
