Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The hotel, room size, facilities cleanliness were great.
However the food quality was poor, both myself and my partner had upset stomachs with on and off vomiting throughout our stay and we stayed for 4 days prior to that in Cairo, where all was normal.
The reception staff were helpful especially Rahma, but in the restaurants the staff showed very little interest in providing good service you'd expect from a 5 star.
We dined at the Red Sea Wharf on our anniversary night where food was better, but the head waiter(Waleed) was quite rude at the start wanted to sit us on a table next to the toilets rather then 3 tables with a good view that were free at the time and later on he came to check on us and recommended a wine that they dont even have in stock. Thankfully we were looked after by Salah the rest of the evening, he was good and with his smile and kindness made our evening better.
I would like to also highlight Ahmed from Pilli pub, like Salah he was really kind to us and everyone in general, which made a difference.
