"The room was fantastic! Very comfortable, spacious and surrounded by greenery. They don’t have onsite front desk, so it can make late requests a little challenging. Give time for their WhatsApp communication, it’s not very expedient. They are very accommodating, however, and overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend."

"Luxury is suɓjective but no. Studio suite was small with no lake view. Arrived to find black sharp grit dog hair and dried dog food on floor and some grit and dog hair on bottom of the bed. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned. Despite staying 3 nights owner was unable to replace the missing hair dryer in that time. Middle window curtain and underbench rubbish bin needs repairing. Parking on site and bed...

"Comfortable, well equipped 2 bedroom lodge with the living room, kitchen, bathroom, garden, parking space. Very kind owners always ready to talk. Property surrounded by a beautiful nature - green hills, farm animals. Not far are nice trails for hiking. Kendal is only 6 miles away. I recommend this place and I want to come back in the future."

"Lovely apartment . Loved the colourful light above window table which got bright sun in the morning, very well equipoed kitchen area and great full stretch bath to soak away alot of walking. Excellent location for Bowness amenities and the lake and about 20 mins steady walk back to train station. Buses, cafes 2 minutes away. Only slight niggle were fibre pillows bit hard and flat for me but i was that tired from being out and about it didnt stop me sleeping and i would stay again 😊"

"This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. "I visit Sedbergh regularly to see friends as I used to live here. I always try to book the apartments as I know how lovely my stay always is. Travelling alone I always feel safe.
