Enjoy a spacious four bedroom detached house, complete with sun lounge and garden with large patio, and private parking for two cars. ‘The Severals’ is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, just a 15 minute walk to Shanklin’s beautiful beaches and one minute away from a cycle path leading to scenic country walks.

The space
This period home is ideal for family holidays. It’s classically decorated and furnished with some of its original 1930s features, including a solid oak staircase. The fully fitted-kitchen is all set up for self-catering, including a double oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, gas hob, and an all-important wine rack! The nearest supermarket is less than a ten-minute walk away for provisions.

There are two bathrooms (one en-suite) and two additional WCs for convenience. The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for post-beach relaxing. Outdoors, there is a patio that leads from the sun lounge, with table seating for eight and a charcoal barbeque.

Each bedroom provides ample storage. Room one, with a stunning bay window, has a king size bed. Here, a travel cot and put-up bed (suitable for children up to eight) can be added to make the room suitable for a family. The second bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot and put-up bed for extra sleeping space.

You will have access to the entire house, apart from the garage. The driveway is large enough for two cars.

The Master and twin bedroom are interconnecting. This is a real benefit if you have young children. Otherwise, you can close off the connecting door for privacy.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Please note there will be an additional cleaning fee of £10 per dog in this case. Unfortunately we’re not able to accommodate hen/stag dos at this time.

If you are travelling with extended family, we may be able to offer extra accommodation in our one bedroom self-contained annexe just two doors down, enabling you to stay close together. Please send us an email and we can discuss availability.
