"This is an excellent hotel to stay at in Shanghai. The property is very nice, the location is simply excellent and the amenities are great. But the staff are even better - they will ensure that your stay is excellent. Sometimes pictures can flatter a hotel - in this case, they even understate it. The room was large (and the bathroom even larger!), the daily service was fast and efficient. "We loved staying at the centrally located hotel. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are very nice. I asked to stay in the hotels for extra 2 hours and the front desk graciously gave me the time. The central air system works strangely, but we opened the window for some cool air, it worked for our stay"
