"The room was spacious and uniquely decorated. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful and made a good effort to help us despite the language barrier. The location is only a few minutes from the yu garden train station so it is easy to travel throughout the city easily. You can walk to many restaurants and to the yu garden within a few minutes. "

"Lovely large room with separate bath and shower. Great breakfast on the second level. Close to People’s Park and the Shanghai Museum and the central walkway down to the Bund. Only a five minute walk from People Square station if you’re on Line 2 metro from Pudong Airport. The swimming pool was closed during our stay for refurbishment so worth checking if this is important to you but the gym is excellent."

"The staff were very nice. English was a problem but we worked through it. Buffet breakfast was more than expected and we enjoyed it very much. You could not ask for a better location. Minutes from a metro, and 5 minutes from the Bund. Our room was comfortable and very clean. "
