"Stayed here for a 1 night layover. I was impressed with the hotel and the room. Air con in the room was perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll certainly look to book here again when I return. I had one problem and that was finding the hotel after going out. The location in Google maps and Amap is wrong. I hope this can be updated. The location is correct in the Didi taxi app however."

"Das Hotel ist ziemlich zentral gelegen, Metro, Yu Gärten und die Oldstreet sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zimmer geräumig, Badezimmer auch. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit überwiegend warmen chinesischen Speisen, Aufschnitt, Marmelade, Toast sind auch vorhanden. Frühstücksraum im 4 Stock mit schöner Aussicht. Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, nebenan eine Baustelle."

"Excellent experience! Clean rooms, great service, and an amazing breakfast. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job and frequently left us free fresh fruit. All of the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was awesome, featuring hundreds of freshly cooked options from local Shanghainese specialties to Western favorites. The air conditioning also worked perfectly and was very quiet at night. Will definitely stay here again!"

"We had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel Shanghai! The location was perfect and easily accessible for walking and commuting . The entrance was right off the Nanjing pedestrian street so it was very convieniant for shopping and subway. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay and even helped us through a luggage crisis! Would recommend this stay if you’re in Shanghai!"
