"The rooms were smaller than I expected. The phone in the room did not work. The safe was locked in our room when we got there a little early even though they had a room ready. They want to charge us an additional $30 which I thought was ridiculous."

"It was dirty in the bathroom and the window didn't even shut all the way so you could hear all the traffic and the rain ... The headboard came off the wall at 2:30 am .. They gave us 1 towel to dry with."
