"Within 2 hours of checking in. I got locked out of my room. Metal lock part at the top of the door catch on the door when closing. The security guard couldn’t do anything but give me a “emergency room” for the night. Didn’t have a charger or clothes. Next day I had the option to stay in the same room or get a new one. "The location is perfection. Gorgeous view and love how close it is to the ocean. The home is clean, decorated so nicely and bonus we can see the ocean from every room. We ate in for almost every meal and the kitchen always had what we needed. Plenty of towels were stocked and even the bedding was super comfortable. We are grateful and love this home! Highly recommend! "

"We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. "Absolute perfection when it comes to location! Beach access is directly across the street. It only takes seconds to have your feet in the water! Photos of the listing online match what we walked into. Around the edges/trim looked like they could use a deep scrub down. This in no way negatively impacted my trip, just a suggestion. "Ocean is closer than it looks, been to some beach front and this is actually closer to the water. Host was awesome with giving us weather updates and things to do daily! Many pool floats"

"This house was absolutely fantastic! We had zero problems, and it exceeded my expectations. We decided last minute (only 2.5 weeks out) to try and book a long weekend in Cherry Grove for my son's birthday. "We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. "Easy beach access, and ample room for multiple families!! "

"Overall impression was great. Pool was great and rooms were clean. I was in contact with the owner for an ice maker issue and they responded within minutes to tell me that someone was coming to repair. Repair man came and we had ice once again. There were 12 of us and they all had a great stay!!!! We will be using them again if available."
