Harrell’s Haven-Waterfront, Dock, Pool/Hot tub

Our home is a piling beach house with our main living upstairs. The enclosed bottom is a studio apartment/suite for you to enjoy. We are on the peaceful Davis Canal with a dock where you can spend time drinking coffee or cocktails, reading, fishing, kayaking, boating and enjoying sunrises/sunsets. Enjoy the beautiful, shared in ground pool and hot tub area. We are a quick, easy walk or bike ride to the beach.
The space:
It is a private studio apartment with a private entrance, a queen bed, private bathroom with tile shower and towel warmer, and a blue tooth fan for enjoying music. The living area has a comfortable, reclining couch. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, fridge, coffee pot with pods and coffee. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. Enjoy the shared pool area with hot tub and the shared dock area. The grill is available for you to use. Bikes, chairs , kayaks and backpack cooler are by elevator for use.

Dedicated area for parking for 2 cars.

Someone will be available for any concerns.
Other things to note
We have a private dock for boat docking for a fee.
We have two friendly dogs that will bark when they see you, but just want attention.

Jason and Nicole were wonderful hosts. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice sitting out by the pool area and the beach is only a 12 minute walk away. Jason offered us everything we needed and if we didn't have it he was able to provide it. They're always open to suggestions for future guests. Their two dogs are cutie pies and sweet. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back. Thanks Jason and Nicole for a great time!

The Best!

This little oasis on Oak Island is the perfect couples retreat. It was one of our best VRBO experiences in the last couple years. The hosts are amazing and their space reflects how much they’re invested in the property. It’s so refreshing to stay at a VRBO that’s owned by private owners and not a conglomerate or business. It makes such a difference to the experience.

The host are very welcoming and warm. The room was very clean and had everything that you could need. It was just my husband and I , we had a great time! The host and his family were using the pool. They were so welcoming to us to come use it with them super kind people. I would definitely stay here again! The location is ideal for anything you want to do whether it be food or the beach. The area in general is full of super welcoming, friendly people. also way less crowded than any beach we’ve ever been to. We will be back .

Perfect getaway

Hospitality

I stay in rental properties often due to traveling for work. Harrells Haven is by far the best experience I have ever had with a host. They were very friendly and super accommodating. The studio style rental was very cozy and had many cool features. It was very clean. We fished from the dock and were very close to the beach and many good restaurants. I highly recommend for a couple looking to get away for the weekend. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous

Our host and hostess were amazing, we enjoyed the hot tub and lounge area outside. Hubby caught a few fish off the dock as I had my coffee. Great place and will return again.
