"Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait."

"I would 110% recommend this apartment hotel. It’s cozy and ifs like home. It is best for tourism who are going for that vibe. The hotel is clean and new like. Location is not far from tourist areas you can catch a cab in the area. Not to forgot the hotel have a washer and dryer that’s a plus. Grocery/ shopping walking distance. Book here you won’t regret it. They clean your room as much as you like. "

"Check in service is very excellent and fast! The front desk staff are are very helpful and kind. But highlight of our stay is because of our experience in the Vitality spa. The staff are very excellent and their massage service is one of a kind! I will surely recommend it to my friends and family! Kudos for Staff Mini Sam! "This hotel is plain Jane. It is a basic hotel with not much to offer. Service was ok, the day shift wasnt too interested in assisting, but the night shift was way more helpful. The room was simple with nothing to offer, I had ask for towels. There a small soap and 1 travel size bottle of shampoo. If you only need a room to sleep and shower, then its fine, if your needing or wanting more, then this hotel is not for you."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful building. Although the hotel is not modern, I found the incredible decoration of the place to be a highlight of my stay. The room was very large and had a fridge, and it was perfect for a quick visit to Kuwait City.
