"That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel...

"The staff was very nice and well mannered and so was the owner. We were given an upgrade and the room was so nice and comfortable! The property is super close the entrances of Taj Mahal and has very beautiful views of it too."

"Staff are polite and mean well but - rooms were not cleaned well - despite 3 of us being in a room, only 2 towels were provided daily - in the morning we would ask for baby milk and take away lattes, it would take 30-45min to arrive and even then there would be mistakes in the order Decent size rooms and proximity to the mall are the only advantage. "The room was in deplorable conditions. It was rated 7.6 and 4 stars on the Expedia website. While it had close proximity to the Taj Mahal this was far from a 4 star or 7.6 rating. The room, bathroom and hotel in general was 2 star or 4.0 rating at best. We decided to walk away from this hotel and eat the cost of what we paid and rebook at another hotel. The other hotel was truly 5 star for the same price in the same area. BEWARE!"

"Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zum Taj Mahal, welches wir am Morgen besichtigen wollten. Wir hatten die Taj Mahal View Suite gebucht, mit Balkon und Blick auf den oberen Part des Taj Mahal, welches aber nachts nicht angestrahlt ist und somit nach Sonnenuntergang nur als Silhouette sichtbar ist. Wer ein 4 oder 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet, liegt falsch und wie in Indien vielerorts üblich ist es durch das Hupen der Autos etc. Trotz Lage an einer kleinen Strasse relativ laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption...
