"The hotel property, pool, jacuzzi and bar area is excellent. The restaurant was not great. Was waiting to be seated; finally went in and poured myself a coffee and then the gentleman at the bar asked if I was just having coffee and I said I wanted breakfast. He told me to take a seat anywhere. But ..."

"Check in was really slow. There was a long line waiting to be checked in and only one person working the desk trying to handle the line and people coming down with questions about their room. He was however professional and doing the best he could."
