"Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. "

"I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!"

"The room was fantastic and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing to work with. I would stay there in a heartbeat. Beautiful landscaping. They work very hard to make sure you are treated well and give you anything that will make your stay more enjoyable."

"The key they assigned to my room did not work. The front desk attendant changed my room for another room. I use the card key one time then I couldn’t get into the other room he assigned me. I can only get into the room do the attendance key which is very inconvenient. Plus they wanted a $50 deposit that I will get back through credit card 5 to 8 days. So I gave them cash to get the money back the next day overall there’s a lot of problems that I didn’t have to go through if I went to another...

Only a couple of miles from the center of Vero. A great little secret find!"
