Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats i estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
The best bit of this hotel is location, close to mostly everything you need, the surrounding atmosphere was vibrant and lively.
Reception was very helpful.
Room was clean, well mostly , cleaners forgot to check the bottom of bed where some socks were left by previous guest, minor issue.
Bedsteads need some cushion type of thing as it makes noise while moving during sleep and I heard the same from other rooms also. BTW, they don't provide coffee inside the rooms, only teas.
The bathroom was good but the door was hard to close, needs adjusting. A/c (didn't need for my stay) can blow cold air directly to your bed
They need the keys to be handed over to reception each time you get in/out
Breakfast was good but after couple of nights you may feel it boring. Hot food can run out if you are late as there was a single lady doing everything in the b'fast area, they don't have separate kitchen but can cook stuff using hot plate if necessary
Rooms aren't very sound proof so you may hear noise from other rooms but if you sleep like a baby then won't :-)
As a whole as a first timer it was a great experience in Seville and in the hotel.
