"Newer hotel. They could have done a better job with noise insulating. People in room above I’m sure were just walking but it was very loud. Most annoyed by not having signs of hours the exterior doors allow key cards to work. Got back to the hotel at 11pm went to use the key and it wasn’t working. Ended up having to walk all the way around to the front to end and then get back to our room on the back side of the hotel. Simple sign would have educated me on not parking there with small kids I...

"You never told me that I was booking a hotel with 2 of the 4 floor under remodel. They told me you guys never communicate. I have booked a lot from you and this was a terrible experience. Bad enough for me not to use you again when I finish with my current bookings through you. By the way when my tv didn’t work they told me I could check out and find another hotel."

"Bare bones accommodations. Bed was comfortable, towels were great. If you want any of the usual comforts - such as kleenex tissues or blow dryer- bring your own. Veneer on doors were filthy, covered with numerous smudged fingerprints Has mini kitchen but zero utensils. No coffee in room but available downstairs, and it was surprisingly good. No breakfast.Vending machines did not work using cash OR credit card. Supposed to be non- smoking, which i don't really care about, but someone nearby was...
