We are return guests because we simply love this place! The views are unbeatable. The space is immaculate. The ability to bring our fur babies AND have enough room for both of our mothers WHILE having plenty of options for our boys to be entertained are a few of the many reasons this is our go to place to stay when in Sevierville! Awesome hosts and wonderful home!

Loved the view. Comfortable outdoor seating in the back to watch the sunset, and in the front to visit while grilling. Nice layout and enjoyed our family time playing basketball and volleyball in the pool. The hosts communication was on point and very responsive. Would definitely recommend

Great and beautiful place

Great and beautiful place for a big or small group. Only suggestion is if bringing children possibly bring a baby gate as the stairs are steep and can be dangerous. Overall we loved it and hope to come back.

The cabin was perfect for our three families.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The cabin was perfect for our three families. It had enough space for the energetic young children, and the air hockey table and games kept them entertained. The kids were especially excited about the indoor pool. The surrounding area also offered a variety of activities to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Our stay was FANTASTIC!! The cabin was tremendous and was exactly as advertised. The owners were extremely responsive and communicated about every detail. As a family who rents cabins in the Smokies often, this by far was the best experience we have ever had. The kitchen was the most stocked with dishes etc. that I have ever seen. We didn’t want for anything. The views were breathtaking and we even saw a bear - from a very safe distance! The pool was VERY refreshing and the kids never got out lol. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much!!

This mountain top home had beautiful scenic views.

This mountain top home had beautiful scenic views. The home accommodated a large family of 11 who centrally gathered to celebrate my Granddaughters HS Graduation, my daughters 19th wedding anniversary and my birthday. It had great amenities for kids and elders alike. Jim was quick to respond to any needs and checked in to see if we were comfortable. We would rebook for sure and can't wait to schedule a return for our next family gathering. Travel safe all!

We had an incredible time at Phoenix Lodge! The cabin was the perfect distance from town and was so peaceful and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day and loved playing games! While it was great going into town, we loved just relaxing at the cabin. If you do get out, our favorite activities around town are Anakeesta and Pirates Dinner Show. Thank you for having us!

Our family loved the privacy and beauty of this rental. The hosts were very kind and friendly and super responsive. Even when we lost power from a storm there was an automatic generator ready and backed up for the down time. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The entire place was spotless on arrival. I can’t rave enough about the view and the peaceful atmosphere. We felt right at home and had a great time. While close enough to local tourism to do lots of activities, it was still private and far enough away to feel like a retreat when we went home for the day. Highly recommend this place.

The house was beautiful, new, and up to date. The furniture was very nice. The amenities like indoor pool and hot tub were great. The drive up from the very secure gated entrance was definitely worth it for the VIEWS. Highly recommen!

The home is tucked away at the very top of a hill in the Great Smoky Mountains, and the views were absolutely breathtaking!

The home is tucked away at the very top of a hill in the Great Smoky Mountains, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Every morning, we enjoyed watching the famous mountain "smoke" from the hanging basket chairs. During the day, we relaxed in the hot tub while soaking up the sunshine, and each evening we savored the beautiful, lingering daylight from the top deck. One of the highlights of our stay was spotting three bears - one near the entrance, one in the backyard, and another walking along the road on the opposite side of the mountain. It was such an unforgettable experience! The house offered plenty of spaces to relax, and even with our group of 11, we never felt crowded. Everyone had room to spread out and enjoy themselves. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of our pre-trip questions and making the planning process easy. We highly recommend this home (with a lovely pool) for anyone looking for a memorable Smoky Mountain getaway! Categories
