    • At least one guest must be 25 years or older. (Proof of age will be required at check-in).
    • Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
    • Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late check-outs will result in additional charges.
    • This is a non-smoking cabin. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
    • No pets allowed
    • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

What a cute little cabin!!! I will say, it is way off the beaten path, about 15-20 minutes into town, back off windy roads. To me, it was worth it, because you're literally surrounded by woods in the mountains. Love the cabin! The deck was nice, which has a hot tub. The inside was awesome. Full kitchen. Plenty of space in the living room. Love all the bear decor! The master is downstairs, with a full ensuite bathroom. Both beds were super comfy! The loft has a bed and half bath. It was my mom and I having a girls trip, so it was the perfect space for us. Had our own space, and the only thing we had to share was the shower. Nice to have the 1/2 bath upstairs. We would definitely come back! Really appreciated how communicative Hosteeva was. It was easy to book! The driveway was a little scary, no place to turn around, but you get used to it. It was nice being off the beaten path, b/c there were multiple ways you could come into the property. You can come from Townsend or Pigeon Forge. Thats a big plus if you're coming to the Smoky's during busy season. Overall, 5/5 stars. Can't wait to go back!
