Located just minutes from Dollywood and the Parkway, getting to attractions will be a breeze. Look out over the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park from your swing or hot tub. Head on inside to play at the arcade table or shoot some pool in our loft game room. Wrap up your night with some restful sleep in the lush King Bed.

Main entrance and primary living space have no stairs or steps. The only stairs are those that lead up to the loft game room, which is also where the washer and dryer are located.



Many guests appreciate the private and secluded experience at our cabin, especially during the Spring and Summer seasons. After the leaves have fallen in the Autumn/Winter, the mountain views are less obstructed by foliage. Note, this also means you can see some neighboring cabins during the Winter season as well.



Office Business Hours: 10am-8pm EST - 7 days per week on booking platform Messenger only.



Upon booking you will receive a message with a link to sign our rental agreement and upload a photo ID. We will need this signed before we can accept your reservation. After the rental agreement has been signed, you'll receive the address to the property, door code, etc. We look forward to hosting you!



The red tape:

- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed).

- 6 human max. Message us before booking if you have more than 4 people.

- Note: decor design and furniture layout may differ slightly from photos depending on seasonality.

- A couple steep inclines on the way to the cabin. This will require a 4-wheel drive or chains if snow or ice is present.

- Limited parking: 2 Vehicle Max or 1 Large Truck. No room for RV.

- No Pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $200 if you bring a pet.

- We provide a 'welcome pack' of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- Daily maid/housekeeping service is not provided. The property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each check-in.

- At our home you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional. However, our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4-, 6-, or 8-legged variety.

- Bears are dangerous!

- Exterior cameras in use for your safety. Cameras are mounted near the front doors and pointed at the driveway/front doors.

- The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1, as is every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend getting travel insurance.

- For safety of all in the Smokies, absolutely no fires inside or out (other than the provided outdoor grill which is approved by the city of Gatlinburg). Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

Over the years my wife, our young son and I have made wonderful memories staying at vacation homes around the country. Providing those same experiences for our guests is what gets us out of bed in the morning. Adventures await!

There are few cabins that offer the comfort, decor and location that this cabin does. It's perfect for a couples romantic getaway or a family adventure.

Location, location, location. Our cabin provides the conveniences of modern vacationing with the seclusion you've come to enjoy from visiting the Great Smoky Mountains. You can play pool in the upstairs loft while taking in views of Mt LeConte and the Ober Gatlinburg ski slopes or soak in the hot tub on our covered deck. Scroll through the photos of the cabin and you'll see that it's unlike almost any other cabin in the area. Oh and did we mention it's only 4 Miles to Pigeon Forge and 8 Miles to Gatlinburg?

We are located in the Sky Harbor community, which is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Sky Harbor has a small community pond and event center where weddings and other large gatherings are held.



We really feel like it's the perfect amount of privacy and access. During the Spring and Summer the cabin is surrounded by foliage and the only other cabin you can see is down the hill behind our home. Our home is not on a busy street at all. During the average day, I'd be surprised if more than 5 cars pass our place. Yet we are only 4 miles from Pigeon Forge and 8 miles from Gatlinburg. *Note that there are a few turns steep sections of road to get up to our cabin.

LADYBUG SEASON:

Just a heads up: it’s lady bug season! For the next few weeks there could be live and dead lady bugs in and around the cabin as they are flocking towards any heat they can find. Unfortunately there’s no way to prevent this and it is like this in any property in East Tennessee that has a functioning heating system.

The Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area has skiing, rafting, hiking, shopping, antiques, go-karts, helicopter rides, zip lines, rollercoasters, and so much more!
