📌 A little about our cabin:

Mountain Top Views is fully furnished with one Full and two King beds, full baths on both floors, hot tub, billiards table, and ample entertainment space. Up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💤 in this charming mountain home. 🏔️

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks 🥪🍹, favorite coffee roast☕

The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services via Roku.

The covered decks offer ample seating space, with the upper deck hosting a 6 person hot tub. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy the amazing view. There is no better place you’ll want to be during a sunset! 🌄 . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. 🎇 🎆

The upstairs bathroom contains a stand-in shower, along with an indoor jacuzzi. The second bath is equipped with a tub and shower.

📌 Other things to note:

Bear sightings are very common in this area🐾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock 🔒 all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly 🐻, but do not attempt to interact with them.

The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

No late check-out or early check-in ⏰. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.

While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy 🐶❌😺 for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests with COPD and allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.
