Please note that the home has cameras monitoring the front door, gate and the pool. These are not monitored and only used for your safety or to address disputes (in your favour too).



Indoor there are motion sensors which are disabled when the alarm is disabled. These will also be covered during your stay to provide extra assurance that you are not being recorded.



These form part of the security of the home when it is unoccupied and are therefore essential for the security of the premises.

Welcome to the home that’s close to nature yet within easy reach of the vibrant high street and city (Setúbal, Lisbon, Sesimbra,Tróia, Comporta, Palmela and much more)



Azeitão refers to a cluster of pretty and tranquil villages 35 km south of Lisbon in the district of Setúbal.



These villages include Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, the largest, Vila Fresca de Azeitão a short way east, Aldeia de Piedade and Aldeia de S. Pedro, both south west of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão.



The area lies on the northern edge of the Parque Natural da Arrábida.



This area of Portugal is known for its runny cheese and fine, white Moscatel wine.



Two vineyards await you on your doorstep; One beach a day for most of your stay; So much culture, history and adventure. Or just sit back and watch the birds of prey hover over the Arrábida mountains and catch-up on reading THAT book.

The convenience of supermarkets are plenty and down the road. Large with Café and every and anything you need. Just in case you forget anything at home.



Walks are a delight amongst the local shrubs. But you would get the most from the towns and villages with a car.



Parking within the grounds of the Vila with a remote control gate for access. But you could also park outside the gate so you can play ball games freely.



There is a bus service on the street that takes you into town and all the way to Setúbal and Coina.



Animals: Guide Dogs and Certified Emotional Support Animals welcome. Our host team will validate your request.



Guests with children: Please let us know if you would like swimming lessons during your stay. We can recommend a teacher familiar with the house and pool. All arrangements are handled by the guest and any agreement is strictly between the guest and tutor.



Toys are provided during your stay. These are the property of the house and we ask you to enjoy them and ensure they remain in the house for other families to enjoy or for you to enjoy when you visit again! Thank you.



Additional amenities for infants are also available upon request for a small fee. Highchair and baby bed. Please ask.



Please note that there are cameras on the external parts of the property for your security and maintenance of the grounds. These will not be monitored during your stay unless there are concerns for safety or maintenance concerns. Thank you.
