Enjoy a stay in Sète in a bright 67m2 apartment ideally located 8 minutes walk from the Corniche beach and its water sports centre. It is also the beginning of 13km of sandy beach.
Perfect for a family holiday, the accommodation can comfortably accommodate 2 adults with 2 or 3 children.
The seaside centre of Fonquerne as well as many shops are also accessible in a few minutes on foot (bakery, pharmacy, Lidl and Auchan, restaurants...).

The apartment is located in a small, secure and quiet residence, on the 1st floor with elevator.
It has a parking space (entrance to the residence with badge).

The apartment is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with cupboard (double bed 160/200), opening onto the terrace.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed: 1 bed of 140 on the bottom and 1 bed of 90 on the top
- 1 living room with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, filter coffee maker...). This living room has air conditioning
- 1 bathroom with sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.
- 1 separate toilet.
- 1 large terrace of 27 m², ideal for outdoor dining, aperitifs at sunset or moments of relaxation after the beach.

Bus stop in front of the residence allowing you to go to the city center, SNCF and bus stations, the ports, the Halles, the Théâtre de la mer...
Cycle path also accessible in front of the residence.

Non-smoking apartment. No parties or animals out of respect for the other residents (except for the squirrel that lives in the pine tree overlooking the terrace, which you can greet every morning).

We can provide bed linen (20€/bed) and towels (10€/person).
Finally, provide a mandatory package including check-in, check-out and cleaning at 80€.
