"Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

"On my first evening I tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. Reception told me that someone was repairing the boiler. The next morning I was awakened by the sound of water dripping from the ceiling above our shower. Reception suggested that a someone had left the shower door open above our room. This continued for more than an hour. We could not use our shower as water was dripping so fast from ceiling. I asked to be moved to another room but they told me the problem had been fixed....
