Welcome to this wonderful finca with swimming pool and tennis court, with 300 m2 built and capacity for 8 people, situated on the outskirts of Las Salinas.
The outdoor areas are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of lawn, decorated with plants and trees, which is the perfect place especially for children to run around. There is a hen house with chickens where they will have total freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the countryside to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.

This large, three-storey house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white colour scheme and blue details reminiscent of the sea. Here you will feel like having a relaxing and peaceful time watching satellite TV. The kitchen follows the same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without any problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, among other things. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms in total. On the same floor, there is one of them with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin, both with hydromassage. In addition, a toilet with washbasin completes this ground floor. Upstairs we have the remaining four bedrooms, each with two single beds. Three of them have wardrobes, three have a/c and two of them offer direct access to a wonderful terrace. Furthermore, for every two bedrooms there is a shared en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The equipment is completed with a cot and a high chair for a baby, as well as oil central heating throughout the house for winter accommodation.

The property is located between Las Salinas and Colonia de Sant Jordi, where you will find a beautiful sandy beach. A couple of kilometres further on, you will reach the famous and paradisiacal beach of Es Trenc, ideal to spend the whole day. If another day takes your fancy, you can take a boat trip to the island of Cabrera, visit the saltworks where the salt is separated from the sea water, and have lunch in a good restaurant, among many other things. This area offers all the necessary services such as supermarkets, chemists, banks, cafés and so on. And before leaving, you must visit the city of Palma, with its central cobbled streets full of life and shops, and its mythical cathedral.

Your pets are welcome as long as they do not enter the house, as this is forbidden. There is a pet friendly area outside the house.

Good Villa but dated and needs some refurbishment

Layout of the Villa is good (kitchen a tad small) however the whole Villa was tired inside. The Oven did not work properly, the hobs took along time to heat up, the air con system is old and if everyone (6-8 people) is trying to take a shower then you run out of hot water pretty fast. The owner was very nice however he lives next door and comes onto the property regularly to feed his chickens and gather his gardening equipment - some may find this ok but we didn't, we felt our privacy was a little invaded. The grounds of the Villa are great, Good pool, Tennis court was good, the hot tub wasn't too hot and the water was dirty but use the pool instead. If this Villa was brought up to standards it would be fantastic!
