The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining room spans 20 m2 and provides direct access to the terrace, creating a bright and welcoming communal space. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm sections with a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed of the same configuration, 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm, and features direct access to the balcony of 5 m2. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a freezer.
