This newly renovated lakefront retreat sits directly on Cayuga Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes and offers stunning views from nearly every room. With 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa, the home comfortably accommodates families, couples, and wine-trail travelers. Relax on the spacious patio overlooking the water, unwind on the deck beneath the birch tree, or head down to the private dock for boating, swimming, and lakeside lounging. Minutes from all the Finger Lakes has to offer!

Guests have full access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, the living area, kitchen, patio, upper and lower decks, garage, and the private dock. Enjoy direct water access for swimming and relaxing by the lake. The home includes high-speed fiber internet and four smart TV`s located throughout. Parking for up to three mid-size vehicles is available on the property for your convenience. Please note the property has several stairs leading down to house, thus this listing may not be suited for people with mobility issues.

Our centrally located home is just a short walk from Cayuga Lake State Park, which has a public boat launch and a playground. We are also walking distance to the Northeast College of Health Services and just a short drive to many local attractions:

Please note that some amenities are only available during the summer months, including the private dock, fire pit, and others. Please confirm availability of outdoor amenities with us prior to booking.

This home is spread across three levels, and stairs are required to access all areas of the property. While many guests enjoy the spacious multi-level layout and beautiful views it provides, it may not be the best fit for those with limited mobility or anyone who has difficulty using stairs. Please keep this in mind when booking to ensure the home is a comfortable fit for your group.

We provide an initial starter set of toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for each bathroom, dishwasher pods, toilet tissue, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM (self-check-in), and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Need an early check-in or late checkout? Feel free to reach out! We`re happy to accommodate when our cleaning schedule allows.
