"This is a good hotel, and I would recommend it. The rooms are nice and it's in a good location just a block from the train station. The only drawback is that it's a small hotel which doesn't have food preparation facilities, so breakfast has to be at the cafe next door. The breakfast is OK, but not great. For example, the orange juice is served warm, not cold. I actually discussed it with the manager of the hotel. He was sympathetic, but said that there's not much they can do about it because...

"Clean, modern, spacious double deluxe room for 3 of us. Had a small kitchenette which was convenient, and a walk-in closet provided ample storage. I really appreciated how quiet our room was, and that it had a sliding door you could open for fresh air. Personally, I also liked the lighter/thinner blankets, and flatter pillows, which were perfect for me. Area is super walkable with everything close by."

"Two of the things I liked about the hotel: affordability + location. This hotel is walking distance to old town and there were a lot of food options nearby as well. Heating/cooling isn't controlled in each rooms, but a fan was provided when I was here in the summer. If you need a place only to sleep, shower, and maybe eat some breakfast before you explore town, I would recommend this place. Personally, I would stay at this hotel again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Koos, albeit brief. We liked the proximity to major sights, restaurants, shopping in Munich and walkability. Very safe area. Our room was booked as a family room for 4 people and it was a bit tight especially with luggage. The room was clean and had all the amenities including a washer, which we ended up not using. Optional breakfast was outstanding and worth the additional cost. Would recommend"
