"Arrived late so parking was limited. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, biscuits, gravy and sausage. "

"Very spacious cabin #10. Across the street from the lodge. Very clean, didn't have spices or any wraps like tin foil. Your basic kitchen. Bring your own leftover containers and such, salts and peppers and spices for cooking . Very quiet even being next to the staff quarters. Pretty landscapes, bugs were not bad either. A week after memorial day weekend. "

"Great clean, comfortable, updated hotel in Keystone. Loved balcony, had a view of a small part Mount Rushmore. Although we were in town and close to a bunch of eateries the walk up and down the steep hill was too much for our senior legs. Would return again "

"The hotel was great for low frills. Location is everything...there was so much to see and do within walking distance. It is so close to Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park. Our first night in Keystone a severe thunderstorm knocked out power to entire town for about five hours. Not the hotel problem, but unfortunate nonetheless. There were many of us outside on the patio and deck for about an hour. We went to bed without electricity. The pool is insanely cold. COLD. The hot tub was great...

"Great location for visiting Mr. Rushmore and walking around shopping or eating out. Beware, no elevators in this 3 story building. If you cannot climb stairs make sure you call to request a first floor room."

"Budget friendly and friendly staff. Amenities were great, location was good. My only complaint is that there was no elevator for the 2nd floor. It’s only 2 stories though so the steps weren’t that bad. "

"This is a great hotel if you want to stay in downtown keystone. If you have a larger vehicle, book at the hotel up the street as you would need to park there anyway"

"The hotel room was wonderful, clean & well stocked. I had a complaint immediately due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke. I reported it to the front desk immediately so they knew it wasn’t us since I have asthma and cannot smoke as well as never have smoked. A major complaint I have is the room above us took a shower at 5:45 and it sounded like it was in our bathroom as the noise was so loud. I would suggest stronger insulation between floors on your next build."
