"The Bistro gets overloaded and slow. Suggest you develop a quicker process and more self-service options. I also think free coffee in the lobby would be a basic amenity, unless you want to open the bistro at 5a. People need coffee to wake up"

"When i pulled up there were homeless people around the outside of the building. There's only 2 ways to get to the rooms and both stair cases are by the exit doors. No elevators. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels need to be replaced. The bed was very comfortable and that was the best part of the entire room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I felt very unsafe and left to go to another hotel for the duration of my stay."

"This property is beautiful and feels so peaceful while being so close to everything. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We will recommend to everyone and will definitely be back!"

"Adequate parking, good shower ... also good room temperature control, comfortable bed, good number of tv stations, nice exercise room ( would have liked more than one treadmill), the pool was good. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future."

"Room and common areas were clean. Staff at front desk were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with ample supply of most foods. The woman overseeing it was always checking the serving area, replenishing and cleaning as necessary. She and the front desk person both advised me when they were close to shutting down for the morning, wanting to ensure I had everything I wanted before they took it away.
